Thrive Together - Peer Support

unnamed.png

Thrive Together is the second program created from the Andrew Page Pancreas Cancer Fund and Nikki Mitchell Foundation's
unique partnership.

The program provides peer support to patients and care partners who are navigating all stages of pancreatic disease. We also offer ongoing peer support to individuals who have completed Prehab 101 through the Nancy Lyle Ambassador Program.

The program was designed with patients and care partners...
FOR patients and care partners.

We are a team of expert patient and care partner ambassadors who have partnered together to host twice-monthly virtual group sessions using Zoom.

The sessions are designed to enhance a patient's treatment through targeted education and peer support. Meeting Dates are the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.
